Einar Johanson Window & Door is one of the longest-operating, independently owned construction firms in Washington state. When Einar started the company in 1957, it sold and installed insulation exclusively. Windows and doors were added a few years later, now making up all current sales and installations.

Not only did Einar’s Norwegian background give him a service and quality advantage, but it also provided him with a great sense of humor; he once copyrighted and sold bumper stickers with the slogan “Columbus used a Norwegian Map.”
